Waited for almost 1 hour (the appointment has been booked the day before).
Apparently they weren’t aware of how the treatment I chose was supposed to be done.
The pedicure was ok but not excellent.
The guys were kind.
Pedicure
Unfortunately our experience here was very poor. My daughter has been to lots of salons in Brentwood to have her lashes done. She has been really happy with all the other salons in Brentwood that we have visited in the past.
However during our visit to this salon I heard my daughter yell out in pain as she had been asked to open her eyes and the liquid ran into them causing her a lot of pain for many hours after leaving the salon.

Firstly the stylist wasn't called Zara - It was a male member of staff. He insisted on taking a before and after image of my 9 years old daughter on his mobile phone - despite my protest and without my consent- You just don't do that.
Communication was poor and when instructing my 9 year old to move her head he would simply say "Down".
I wouldn't recommend. - For a child's haircut

Awful. The salon had no record of my booking. Told me they couldn’t do it and would have to request a refund. Treatwell said I have been refunded but I haven’t.
