Salon was dirty, equipment was dirty, staff assumed nails were acrylic not real and broke my natural nails. Cut my cuticles leaving them to bleed. Nail paint patchy, all over sides of nails with bubbles. Walked out and didn’t stay for rest of treatment.

Therapist was a nice person. That is the only good thing I have to say.
The bed of my nails is painful & damaged where she used an electric file to take off previous gel, without acetone.
She only had one file available and the nail polishes were too thick and gloopy for her to do a decent job. Nails looked so awful that the whole lot had to be removed straight away, again using an electric file and damaging my nail bed further.
I felt guilty as the therapist was sweet. Really upsetting.

If I could give minus stars I would. This place is DISGUSTING. There is about 10 gel nail colours to choose from. You wash your hands in a hair basin which was full of black hair despite my appt being 9am first thing in morn. It’s filthy disgusting. The lady who did my nails don’t have a clue what she’s doing. Can easily say worst salon experience of my life.

The therapist who was doing my nails decided to do a massage halfway through my session and Zara took over. She was very professional and thorough and I was pleased with the gel colour but it faded after 3 days and I had to have it removed after 7 days, as it looked awful
