Therapist was a nice person. That is the only good thing I have to say. The bed of my nails is painful & damaged where she used an electric file to take off previous gel, without acetone. She only had one file available and the nail polishes were too thick and gloopy for her to do a decent job. Nails looked so awful that the whole lot had to be removed straight away, again using an electric file and damaging my nail bed further. I felt guilty as the therapist was sweet. Really upsetting.

If I could give minus stars I would. This place is DISGUSTING. There is about 10 gel nail colours to choose from. You wash your hands in a hair basin which was full of black hair despite my appt being 9am first thing in morn. It’s filthy disgusting. The lady who did my nails don’t have a clue what she’s doing. Can easily say worst salon experience of my life.

The therapist who was doing my nails decided to do a massage halfway through my session and Zara took over. She was very professional and thorough and I was pleased with the gel colour but it faded after 3 days and I had to have it removed after 7 days, as it looked awful

Don’t go here for gel polish. Really poor quality nail painting, polish flooded edges, different number of layers on each hand, nails smudged. Waste of money.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!!! I came for mani pedi gel for my honeymoon. One of my nails broke the day before and didn’t think to call in before or worry as all the nail salons ive been to in my life have been able to add a tip. To my annoyance when i got to my appointment and mention my nail they said they couldnt help me AT ALL. I was leaving in 2 days so had little option so i got my gel pedi done and the nail technician, who spoke very little english, assured me that i would get my refund but after phoning her manager they could only offer me another treatment. Before my pedi even started a two walk-ins needed their eyebrows tinted urgently and my nail technician was the only one that could it so she left me for 20 min to attend to them. Unacceptable! On inspection of my pedi once back home it was a terrible job the gel extended passed my nail and on my skin. I ended up got to boots to buy an entire box of tips for one finger and did my own nails which lasted longer than my gel pedi as 5 days into my honeymoon with a maybe a 2 hours total of soaking in a pool my pedi started to lift so had to make another appointment on my honeymoon… just dont waste your time here go somewhere else anywhere else…i didn’t even bother going back for my rescheduled treatment that they offered me.•over 2 years agoReport
