Unfortunately one of the worst cuts ive ever had- wonky. Had to get my mum to level it out. Nice head massage tho&friendly.

Nice staff, polite and friendly. Nail art wasn’t available, gel nail quality so bad so I had to remove it next morning.

Usually go here and have a great time. Booked with Harpreet but had someone different. Two colleagues were arguing across me… For around 20mins.. it was tense and extremely awkward. My braids had to be redone multiple times.. because I don’t think much attention was being paid? The hairstyle usually takes LESS than 10mins with Harpreet but ended up being a 45min appointment. I also had hairspray sprayed in my face as well… Don’t think I’ll come back again..

I am extremely disappointed with the service. Both women who did my pedicure were inexperienced, I felt like they were getting a file for the first time. They don't know how to remove old gel, at times it even hurt me while they filed them. I think the chair was broken, extremely uncomfortable to stand on. My toenails are crooked and with uncut cuticles. I would never go back there. wasted money and time!

The technicia needs to be reTrained or the salon needs better nail equipment. All I can do in cringe when I look at my nails. I really wish I could post a photo to highlight how amateur my gel polish looks, one of my nails was filed wonky and the lines around most of my nails are not very neat at all. Pay the extra and go elsewhere!!! Last note : no one wants to see dirty, badly chipped (nail and polish)and uneven nails lengths on your nail technician when getting nails done
