This place was awful. Sorry but I am not sure how this place is running. It was filthy and dirty. There was about 5 nail colours to choose from, which are all shocking. No one greets you when you walk in. Nothing has been cleaned. I was left to just sit there whilst they dealt with other people. I had to leave because it made me feel ill.

Avoid at all cost. Im a regular of waxing. My usual was closed and was desperate for wax as going away tomorrow. Should have waited still have loads of hair was extremely painful as used wax strips for brazillian not hot wax. Unprofessional as kept leaving the room run out of strips and kept answering mobile phone on loud speaker in the treatment room. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Despite the negative Google reviews, we had a good experience! The staff were welcoming and to the point and saw us before our appointment. Overall, an efficient experience that gave us exactly what we paid for

I was hugely disappointed. Lady who did my pedicure didn’t know what I booked and I had to remind her, and my toe bled a lot also which was a bit weird. Twinkle was very kind and professional though junior and was quite committed and great customer service. But the other lady was not much interested in keeping time and even kicked us out of the downstairs room which was set for my massage and body scrub. So had to go upstairs which didn’t have heater and was cold.won’t recommend overall!
