The spa side of the mani and pedi was outstanding, very relaxing! I am slightly disappointed that my varnish on both feet and hands has already started peeling off and is patchy, it only lasted a matter of 3 hours which is disappointing. For this reason I wouldn’t return.

I was disappointed with the service from the get go. I re-arranged the time of my appt. on treatwell and upon turning up, there was no available mail therapist. An evidently junior technician was called in and I was seen however the gel polish was by no means the best I’ve ever had, the colour selection was poor and French manicure wasn’t available. If I hadn’t have pre-paid I’d have walked straight out. They also kept trying to tempt me to other services which was frustrating.

Very limited selection of colours - didn’t have white which I feel is a basic colour in a nail salon. Wax was too hot and was quite a sloppy job overall
