Hairdresser almost didn’t know what she was doing, washed half of my hair and took literal 1minute to double shampoo, rinse, apply conditioner and rinse again. This process takes normally at least 5-7min. She only scrubbed the top half of my hair then I had to tell her when she was done to do the other half :/ then once I was on the chair she didn’t brush my hair to start with she went into roughy blow dry and then start untangling my hair making it worse. Not great experience overall

Disappointed with my gel pedicure the therapist seems to be clueless & untrained in this treatment
I have had pedicures in many places & this was by far the worst experience
She soaked my feet 30 seconds then just kept putting them back in the water after doing very little to my feet or nails
My hard skin was visible, my nail varnish had a big gap near the cuticle like it was grown out. The chair needs chucking it was so uncomfortable,lumpy & the massage part bruised my lower back. Not good !

Amazing Indian Head Massage! Really authentic to how it’s done in India! I’ve been to salons before where they swish your hair around, tug a bit and brush it out. However Robina knew the exact pressure to apply. She focussed on my neck, my arms and down the base of my back. She knew exactly the right amount of pressure to apply to the head and the best pressure points to target. It was truly authentic and relieved the tension in my neck and head.
