Booked a back and neck massage expecting nothing too much as it was cheap, but was even let down considering…
Was ushered into a very cluttered room, the bed had towels with stains and there was no atmosphere or professionalism throughout.
No music, full lighting and the room had no decoration indicating its purpose, it felt like I was in a store cupboard. Also the ladies ability to massage was clearly remedial (if any).
Not impressed, you shouldn’t offer a service you can’t carry out.
