My brazillian wax was thorough and efficient with excellent results - quick and relatively painless too. Same goes for my leg wax. My therapist was attentive and we had a lovely chat too. Floors could have done with a bit of a sweep and the ambiance wasn’t great however - the whole salon could do with a lick of paint and an upgrade. Don’t let that detract you from excellent service and good value for money however. Would definitely return

I had an awful first experience with this salon. They were completely disorganised and unprofessional. When I arrived, I was told that my booking couldn’t be found and that I had maybe got the wrong salon. When I showed my confirmation email, I was then told it was a system issue - it was eventually found on the system and I was told to wait. There was only one person on the shop floor who was in the middle of styling a customers hair whilst trying to find my booking. I asked the stylist what was going on as I had been waiting past my booking time and she said the manager and one other therapist were currently busy with other clients. I reminded her that I too was a customer and needed to know how much longer I would have to wait. She was very reluctant to let the manager know that I had arrived and when she eventually got the manager out of the treatment room, the manger lied to me and said she had tried to call me. I told her I had no missed calls and asked why she didn’t leave a voicemail in which she just didn’t respond to my question. She then told me that the lady who does the eyelash treatment called in sick which I think was just another lie. I was waiting for 15 minutes just to be told a load of rubbish and not once did I get an apology for my time being wasted. Shocking and appalling service! I would never come back here.
