Really lovely staff and very chatty, Made me feel extremely comfortable. Only small issue (that wasn’t really an issue) was how long it took to get a simple manicure and colour done, so highlight if you are in a rush! Will definitely go again

Based on ratings expected a clean venue. It was unclean. I booked a hot wax but they used strip and then charged me for a hot wax
