The hairdresser was fantastic! She took great care with the highlights and cut - asking me every step of the way if this is what I wanted. Even though it was a busy Saturday, there was no hurry whatsoever and I came out very relaxed. Will definitely come back for my next appointment.

PROS:
Management has not changed hands; the same consistent high quality service. The owner, Esma, is not only the sweetest, friendliest lady on all of Tower Bridge Road - she is also a very knowledgable aesthetician.
VALUE: You simply will not find better value for money in London. A ONE HOUR TWENTY MINUTE FACIAL IS £42. (Compare to at least £70 nearby in Shad Thames)
Esma does the best brow shaping I've ever had! Threading only £8.
QUALITY PRODUCTS: All Dermalogica products used for facials.
STAFF: Passionate about the quality service you receive!! You will not feel rushed. EMMA (my first time to see her & deeply regret not seeing her sooner) gave my skin a complete transformation. The extractions were thorough. I definitely felt I was getting my money's worth - there's nothing half-hearted about Emma's facial.
Manicure
Emma made my visit such a delight. It was so relaxing. We had an enjoyable conversation and i left with a very pretty manicure and pedicure!!
