Hate to say it but this was a pretty painful experience. Massage technique was very rough and scratchy rather than deep and smooth. At the time I wasn't sure if that was meant to be the case as I had never had an Indian Head massage before... After the treatment I was left with my face slick with oil (I'm still dealing with the spots) as they didn't wipe it off. I had to ask for a hairbrush to sort myself out as my very long hair was back combed into an giant birds nest and left that way... I have grazes on my neck from all the scratching and my head was sore and bruised for days afterwards as the therapist pressed AS HARD AS SHE COULD into the soft tissue of my temples. Pretty sure I lost some hair too =(
I hate to leave a bad review as the lady I met on the way in was very nice, but unfortunately the treatment was diabolical. Totally bummed as I was looking forward to it.

Second time I've been to this saloon and I love it.
Friendly staff that treats you not like a number. They really care about you and what you are asking for. I was just a bit less happy for the eyebrow threading this time, as there was not the usual staff because of summer holiday break, but otherwise emma or esma do a fantastic job!

Esme is excellent. She is really quick and makes the experience (almost!) painless! The salon isn't fancy, but I'd rather efficiency than a plush environment!
