Lovely massage, and very kind and courteous staff. It's quite a small salon so was unfortunately interrupted as another therapist hadn't taken something she needed from the room before we started but otherwise lovely

My hair was left very flat when I have a lot of natural volume. I am not sure of that but I think it could be due to the quality of the creams. My blow dry was very average I am afraid

I’ve been here twice: the first one I had a perfect wax with Esme. The second time, instead, one of the worst wax of my life with - I suppose - her daughter. It's not about the pain (I have a very high level of tolerance and in my opinion the wax wasn't so painful): the problem were her movements, definitely unprofessional. To stop her without offending her, I complained about the super hot wax. But that wasn't the real problem: I was mostly scared about capillaries because she wasn't even pulling the skin during the waxing tear!
She didn't put the cream on my legs at the end (she has done it with a tissue just on the back). And also, she was saying that my hair were too "difficult" and that I should do the laser therapy, the opposite thing that Esme told me last month.
I'm sorry Esme, I loved your wax, but today I had a very bad experience. I'll never come back and I won’t suggest your saloon to anyone.
