Manicure
We were only in London for a few days from Canada. Esma and her team were able to fit us in for mother-daughter mani-pedi's and a facial for my daughter on very short notice. We were even late due to getting lost! No problem for this professional staff. They took us right away. My daughter loved her facial with Esma! Tanya did an amazing job on both of our manicure/pedicures without even taking a break. One of the best mani/Pedi's I ever had - here or at home! All the staff was friendly, warm and professional. Classic Facials
I'd gone for a cut and blow dry. The ladies at Unique were friendly and quite chatty, which was nice. However, my hairdresser abandoned me after the cut to tend to another customer. She was in a rush since she had to deal with both of us, and cut my bangs a bit too short, even though I had specifically said I wanted them longer. While I understand that such things happen, once your hair is cut, it's cut! So I was quite disappointed.

Very friendly staff. Nice place. Wax was a bit too hot but she was very thorough and made sure she got every hair

Esma made my hair look beautiful again! I am always happy to go to her. She enjoys what she does and it shows and is so personable, too. Highly recommended.
