Haircut and waxing were good but eyelash tint got in one of my eyes causing it to burn from the very beginning, the lady had to remove it early so not a great result. she blames it on me blinking but it burned from the second she applied the product and only in one eye. the pedicure was just ok
the salon was dirty and unwelcoming, hair and dust in every corner I looked including in the therapy room, the walls had dirt stains. really needed a deep clean and a paint job
the haircut was lovely tho, the only thing that was truly worth it, hairdresser was lovely and the cut was perfect

Unfortunately despite the many positive reviews and ratings of this place, my friend and I found it to be quite unsatisfactory. The salon was really dirty. Floor was literally covered in muck as if it had been raining, but it had been a dry couple of days. The rest my friend had to put her foot on was very dirty, we can only hope the towel put on top of it and the actual tools used were clean.
The shop is right next to a busy road and the treatment was done right by the open front door which meant it wasn't a very calming experience.
The member of staff was nice and gave a decent pedicure.
It's hard to get a pedicure for such a good price as £20 in London but we paid for that affordability with a very poor facility.
