I'd gone for a cut and blow dry. The ladies at Unique were friendly and quite chatty, which was nice. However, my hairdresser abandoned me after the cut to tend to another customer. She was in a rush since she had to deal with both of us, and cut my bangs a bit too short, even though I had specifically said I wanted them longer. While I understand that such things happen, once your hair is cut, it's cut! So I was quite disappointed.
