My first time at this little gem of a salon. Really happy with all my treatments, particularly my mani and pedi, which were done to a very high standard. Thorough and perfectionist staff who make you feel relaxed and welcome but don't chew your ear off. Think I'll be a regular here. Thank you Unique team.

The manicurist was so thorough and Esma the main beautician was lovely as well. You can tell that its a really popular place because everyone in there are regulars.

We were only in London for a few days from Canada. Esma and her team were able to fit us in for mother-daughter mani-pedi's and a facial for my daughter on very short notice. We were even late due to getting lost! No problem for this professional staff. They took us right away. My daughter loved her facial with Esma! Tanya did an amazing job on both of our manicure/pedicures without even taking a break. One of the best mani/Pedi's I ever had - here or at home! All the staff was friendly, warm and professional. Classic Facials
I'd gone for a cut and blow dry. The ladies at Unique were friendly and quite chatty, which was nice. However, my hairdresser abandoned me after the cut to tend to another customer. She was in a rush since she had to deal with both of us, and cut my bangs a bit too short, even though I had specifically said I wanted them longer. While I understand that such things happen, once your hair is cut, it's cut! So I was quite disappointed.
