Lucy was friendly and made me feel welcome and looked after. She was also very professional and it was possibly the least uncomfortable waxing I’ve ever had. A great price too!

The salon was clean and the staff were lovely. However, I felt that the treatment was not worth £60. The eyelashes are meant to last 2-3 weeks and after one day 3 or 4 have already fallen out. I have had eyelash extensions similar to this where they put the clumped ones on and that was £30. I was expecting more individual lashes for this treatment seen as it was £60 however more clumped ones were used instead of individuals. I’m just hoping they last the 2-3 weeks as stated. Also, it may be nice to have pictures of past treatments for customers to get an idea of how full they want their lashes or natural.
