I booked to get my eyebrows done on Monday 8/11and the lady used waxing on my eyebrows and I am left with ugly scars. She must have used some old wax mix and it’s definitely reacted badly and now I have to wait days for it to heal. Terrible service. Please avoid

I didn't have Asmith, who I am sure is great based on reviews. I had the new lady - Pam. It was awful. To summarise: 1. I have burns and scars from her not pulling off the wax properly. 2. Her conversation was highly inappropriate - I don't really need to know about other clients' Hollywood hair growth. 3. All she tried to do was sell me this Forever Aloe Gel and started talking about intimate areas where it could be used. 5. She was so slow and kept showing me the used wax strips. Awful, awful
