Purchased the Russian Lashes for the first time. Arrived at the appointment and said I wanted a natural look. The result was not natural I hated how I looked. The response I got was that that was what I paid for.
I purchased a service online and then discussed what I wanted prior to the appointment as there were no photos to demonstrate. Clearly what I had asked for didn't matter because the result was thick and chunky lashes when I wanted a nice natural look.

Cheap wax but it shows. Went for a Hollywood and instead of being made to feel comfortable, felt like I shouldn’t have been there. Left my appointment with bits of wax all over
