I’ve been before and the lady previously was really nice. However, this time I was seen by a different person and customer service was honestly terrible. For such an intimate appointment I was made to feel really uncomfortable, which made the appointment really awkward. I still have hair that hasn’t been removed. It was almost like she couldn’t be bothered to do the service. Overall, It wasn’t a good experience for me at all, I never ever write reviews but after this, I felt I had to.
