Only losing points because I waited 45 minutes after my appointment until i was seen, with no discount or anything, which I only expect because how long I waited. Very happy with my lashes though! Hoping the lateness was a one off

I had a truly terrible experience. I arrived on time for my appointment but was told I would need to wait a while as the beautician was finishing up with another client. After 30 minutes of waiting I asked how much longer, and was told in a fairly unfriendly way that it would be another 10 minutes. I ended up all in all waiting almost 45 minutes and was late for another appointment. I considered just walking out, but was told no refunds. The wax itself was poor quality and very patchy.
