The lady was very nice. She asked questions about length and how much volume to make sure I was happy with the end result. I am very happy with the results and she will be my new go to lash lady.

Only losing points because I waited 45 minutes after my appointment until i was seen, with no discount or anything, which I only expect because how long I waited. Very happy with my lashes though! Hoping the lateness was a one off
