My massage was lovely and I felt much better when I left, so it had the desired effect. My requirements were acknowledged and it was relaxing.

Absolutely fantastic job with the lashes. I love them. They look so full and were really well done. Lipi was really friendly and she advised me really well on the care of my lashes. Definitely recommend

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This been highly disappointing. She was late and had started a client probably just before my appointment was due to start so I had to wait over an hour. I asked for classic and 10-12s and ended up with Russian volume 11-13s. They were about to close, so I followed up with her as soon as I got home and asked if there was anything she could do to calm them down a bit. She agreed to see me at 10.30 the next day. I arrived at 10.30 then she told me after 10.30 that she would not be there until 11.30 which is a complete waste of my time. I had a wedding straight afterwards and has already explained in text that 11.30 is too late. Speaking to her she completely denied that we booked the appointment for 10.30 or that there was anything to correct even though it was in writing. Completely dishonest, unprofessional and late twice. If you are after true classic lashes AVOID! I will be in contact with Treatwell for a refund
