I needed a wax quickly, and for something quick this is so convenient for me. However I was left with bad ingrown hairs and a few hairy strips.

Wouldn’t return. Not a very thorough wax, and no before/after care (eg wiping area beforehand, lotion after). Had to ring an external boss to confirm I had paid through Treatwell, and didn’t feel welcome at all!
