Worst blowdry ever. The hairdresser didn't blowdry my hair properly, it was rushed and very frizzy and when I said this isn't what I wanted she tried to blame my hair, as I've had my hair done numerous times I know this is not the case. She then got another hairdresser to curl my hair with a straightener which was fine but not what I wanted. There was a girl next to me who was also unhappy with her blow dry the hairdresser snapped and shouted. It was an awful and an unprofessional experience!

The nails appointment wasn't a good experience, but they went the extra mile to do smth about it and offered another service instead. Very pleased abt how they handled the situation. Very caring staff.

The pricing is confusing, I found some of the kit to look a little “used” looking, no music, no chat - was like being at the doctors
