Ive had lash lifts before and the process here was less than clean. No pads on my bottom lashes so eyes almost glued together. It was a very uncomfortable atmosphere as the technician clearly had never done a lash lift before or was very new and needed three people to help who crowded round me. Nobody told me what was happening and spoke maybe three words of English to me which meant I was quite unsure if things were going to plan or not. Final result was OK but I left covered in tint and glue.

The stylist really knew what to do with my hair type which I have had issues with in the past. Very good results.

Was booked in for a wash and cut was in two minds about booking here after reading some of the reviews. But non the less I still went ahead and booked. I was in and out within 30mins. Both staff members spoke amongst each other in their own language which I found rude. I wasn’t offered a drink which I would have else where. Hair cut was nothing special could have been a lot better.
