The problem started when I went into the back room for my wax. Firstly the door didn't shut and that freaked me out thinking it was unisex and I was due to have a Hollywood! So I chickened out of that. I asked if she would like me positioned close to the wax and she said no but instead she moved hot wax from the stick across the couch and across me and on numerous times dropped it on herself and me. She also had no structure so I ended up waxing myself! I was given a dirty towel too.

Balayage and cut turned out really nice, although I feel like the price was quite high compared to other salons I’ve been to for the same services. Atmosphere could have been slightly improved as the salon felt quite chaotic at times, but I appreciate this could be due to them being busier than usual post-lockdown. Overall was very happy with the result.

I had my nails and eyebrows done. She was so nice despite being exhausted as day 1 after lockdown. Didn't cut corners. Love the results.
