It was very very good, this probably one of my best experiences I’ve ever had, the lady was very nice and patient, her work is neat, we even had conversations, she’s a nice person. I loved it, I’ll be coming soon❤️

Really lovely hairdressers and nice haircuts. However, I was called prior to the haircut and asked to book in person as Treatwell took a certain percent of their money for bookings made on the app. I was told that through doing this I would be given a discount compared to the Treatwell price. I did as they asked but never received the discount I was promised and in fact ended up paying £10 more than what I would have on Treatwell. Lovely haircut but wouldn't go back due to this issue.

Very friendly staff, and was happy with the cut but I was charged an extra £15 for having layers put in (which I assumed would be classed as part of the 'cut' cost I had already paid) and when I asked for the blow dry to be curly at the end was told that would also have an extra charge. I would go back here though, was happy with the final look and overall experience and would just recommend that people book directly to get a true idea of the price.

They are not covid safe. Chairs were not wiped down, no antibacterial gel available. No gloves were used whilst cutting my hair. Masha used a razor to cut my hair! No scissors were in sight. I paid for a blow dry expecting her to straighten my hair but she just blow dried and left it as it was. Wasn’t very happy with the style. Expensive for the experience. Not going there again!
