Avoid. They washed my hair with men’s 3-in-1 shampoo, conditioner and body wash. She cut my hair in less than 15 minutes and when I got home I noticed it was wonky and she’d missed quite a lot (
I have a long bob). I went back to get it fixed and received no apology. She silently fixed it with clippers and still managed to miss a bit.
When I got home my neck felt sore and I noticed she’d caught my skin in several places with the clippers. Absolute joke.
I tried ringing them to arrange a refund but got no answer. I texted both mobile numbers and messaged their Facebook but no reply.
Treatwell kindly credited my account £10 as a gesture, which I appreciate.
Avoid this salon like the plague!
