Really lovely staff, took very good care of me and payed attention to the little details. I love my hair cut and my brows. Will definitely visit again and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. They took their time and made sure everything was perfect and was very reasonably priced.

I don’t even know where to begin... from the moment I walked in I was greeted by a guy sitting with his feet up who went to get my hairdresser. She told me I didn’t need the treatment that I’ve booked. She was quite cold and unfriendly. She told me that there was a concern that it could damage my hair as it was dry. I appreciated her honesty and she said she would be able to lighten my hair a few shades. She then had an attitude that made me feel uncomfortable and as if I shouldn’t be getting my hair done. She mixed up my colour and then returned and upon sectioning up my hair with a look of disgust on her face and a still cold manner decided she’d rather cut it first. Once the cut was done, I had had enough. The longer I was there, the more I felt horrible about myself because of her attitude including huffing and shaking her head as she picks up sections of my hair. I told her I wanted to leave because she has made me feel so uncomfortable. She seemed to think it was due to her being honesty in saying my hair is dry, but this is far from the truth... her attitude and demeanour was terribly unprofessional and unpleasant. I paid for the haircut and left the premises in tears to then get home and see the haircut is also far from satisfactory. Perhaps the hairdresser was just having a bad day but this was truly an awful experience and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Happy with my cut and colour, was a lot more expensive than I anticipated and took 4hours 15 minutes which was a little long. Staff lovely but not sure I’ll return.
