I’ve been at Unique hair& beauty for my birthday, was so worthy for me. I’d just booked for my makeup with Ellie and when came there I decided to do all my beauties there. They do all services perfectly such as nail, blow drying and even nice hairup. I got so wonderful makeup and hairup with Ellie.so many compliments from my friends at my night party for everything. All stuff were so friendly and l been treated by nice coffee there.

Ellie was friendly, she cut my hair to the right length and styled it how I requested. I think Ellie could have defined my eyebrows more sharper.
I believe she did not have the correct technique.
I believe the salon could be more cleaner and needs modernising.

My treatment took just over 2 and a half hours because the lady doing my nails decided to attend two other clients and give them a haircut.
I was left with someone who didn’t know what she was doing and kept leaving to ask what she should do next.
I booked acrylic nails which I thought were £22 including shellac. They were actually £34, this wasn’t clarified until the end when I came to payment.
My expectations weren’t managed and my nails are mediocre. I won’t be going back.

Called beforehand to see if I was able to come in earlier for my haircut and they were understanding and fully flexible, haircut was really good too, fully recommend
