At first when I left the salon I was happy with my treatment. The one thing I would have changed about the venue was the fact that when I was taken into the waxing room there was hair all over the floor. Not pubic hair but hair nonetheless. All of the staff were incredibly friendly which was great but I did have problems after my treatment.
When I got home I found that I felt more sore than I usually do after a wax. I was in pain so I checked and found some areas were very red. The next day it hurt significantly less but my skin was peeling in certain areas - which I believe was due to the fact the area was waxed too many times. I remember thinking that the same area had been waxed a few times during my treatment but didn't think this would be a big problem - but I was obviously wrong.
It's such a shame because like I said everyone was lovely and really seemed to care about how I felt about the experience which was positive at the time. I would also recommend that the beautician wears gloves for the entire treatment and wears a uniform as I think that would seem more professional.

great nails :) eye lashes weren't great, they were a little clumpy and not natural at all. They were at the wrong angle so you could see my eyelashes underneath. When I got home I tried to curl them but before I got an eyelash comb near them 3 clumps fell out so I had to remove them (which I could easily making me think they were just the normal ones you can do at home) a complete waste of £25
Really happy with my haircut! Mahsa made really good suggestions and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. She did an amazing job with my hair and made sure I was happy with it before I left. All staff are really friendly. I have tried so many hairdressers and this is the best one I've come across. I definitely recommend this salon!
The staff there are really friendly and very caring. Costumer service great and very professional.
Had a wonderful experience yesterday, pampered from start to finish,i’m so happy with my eyebrows, nail and Eyelashes i will book my appointment for next time 5 star experience loved it
