The whole experience was terrible. I sat in the chair only for a lady who worked there to frantically run in the salon and grabbed scissors to cut my hair, she was sneezing in her hands and not washing them, then touching my hair it was completely un even and she cut off way more than what I asked. I had highlights and my hair had exactly the same as when I walked in - TERRIBLE. when I questioned this she said well thats what you're getting and walked off. I would like a full refund asap!!!!!!!!

I had the Brazilian Blow Dry. Fantastic service and my hair looked great afterwards ie pin straight. I’m mixed race with curly hair and Masha took the time to check my roots and straighten every stray curl! Terrific value for the quality and customer service
