Arrived for a simple wash/haircut and was asked to come back in an hours time, when I had already walked a long way there and had booked and paid in advance. I was treated extremely rudely despite being very calm. I said that I couldn’t come back in an hour because I had an appointment so I politely said that I had to leave and the owner shouted ‘sit down’ at me sternly. I have never been spoken to this rudely before and felt extremely uncomfortable so I left without treatment.
