This was my first time at unique and also my first Brazilian blow dry .
When I arrived at the salon although it was busy I was greeted almost immediately and offered a hot drink . I was taken to a seat where a young girl took my coat and gave me some forms to fill out . The stylist came over not much after and went through a full consultation with me explaining the whole procedure , the after care , the results and asked me if I had any questions . I felt extremely comfortable and at ease in the salon and with out doubt at the end of my treatment I was as promised very pleased with the result . For the 2 hours during my treatment the girls consistently involved me in conversations and the whole atmosphere with clients and staff was great . It has now been 4 days since my treatment and I can not believe the difference it has made I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone who struggles to do their own hair or to keep it sleek . 10/10 well done !
I have been coming her for my Brazilian blow dry for nearly 5 years now and I am always impressed . I live in London and when home to visit my parents I always make sure I book a treatment with Kerry and the girls . Excellent customer service and more than half the price of salons by me and for a better service !

The only salon I have been to and I have not had to touch my hair for days it was perfect . I brought my sister who is a nightmare when it comes to her hair no stylist has ever got it how she wanted until Kerry did it . Kerry listened offered advice and done exactly as my sister asked .
