Disappointing experience, unfortunately, and I definitely won't be going back.
The professional was not gentle, I'd even call her rough at times which is not what you want for a bikini wax. I have paid extra for hot wax - and it was hardly used, she mainly used strip wax but also a roll-on wax applicator without cleaning it before or after use.
When strip wax was used, she continuously left the wooden sticks on my legs meaning I had wax everywhere.

I just needed a cocktail and it would’ve felt like my best friend was waxing me hahah ! Eva is soo nice and makes you feel relaxed. Barely painful after 2 years without waxing, I’m surprised and in a good way ! ☺️
