I am happy with my haircut, and the stylist was friendly. However, they were late for my appointment and I wasn't really made to feel comfortable and welcome while I waited for them to arrive.

The therapist was very attentive and explained the treatment prior to doing it. It was very relaxing and I’m pretty sure I drifted off.
