In the end the hair looked just like what I wanted but had to ask to use toner on the top and then as I was leaving the receptionist asked for additional £10 because apparently they charge more for the colour (instead of the bleach), even though I already pre-booked it with Treatwell ages ago for highlights. I wouldn't mind that if I was told this at the beginning of the visit. As a customer, you have the right to have a choice first if they're going to charge you extra ££ afterwards. Not quite happy with the service!
