I really like it here, having been twice, but had different experiences both times. The first time I went during the week and it was very good quality and enjoyable. The second time I came at a weekend and had a different manicurist - the staff were talking quite frustratedly to each other which made me a bit uncomfortable. Unfortunately this time a lot of the varnish got on my skin which needed soaking off, and the gels chipped in a couple of days. I think the team were rushed, but still good
