Amazing!!! I really can't recommend going here enough. Today I had the pleasure and pain of experiencing a deep tissue massage Leon is friendly and helped to put me at ease. He is also very confident in what he does. **This is no ordinary massage** This is NOT your run of the mill standard sports massage, it hurts!! But it's totally worth it!!

I actually had Paul as my therapist and he was excellent. Throughout the massage he made sure I was comfortable with the pressure and was not in any pain. Sorted out all the knots in my neck and shoulders. Will definitely be booking again.

Leon founded the company following completion of a VTCT level 4 qualification and has since become a member of FHT. Fast forward five years and Leon has become a master of sports-related massage practices, throughout this time he has applied his knowledge to varying clients with diverse conditions. Exercise, injury and occupation can all cause muscular aches and pains and with this in mind, Leon approaches each individual with a tailormade service.
