Very welcoming and accommodating. We arrived about 15 minutes early but they didn’t mind and we were offered treats and refreshments whilst we waited for the room to be ready. The massage was lovely, they were both very attentive checking in every so often to make sure the pressure was ok for us etc. So relaxing. Will definitely being coming back.

There were a lot of staff members in a small area making it hard to socially distance, strong smell of cigarettes
