The massage was fabulous, the lady who did it was very friendly and knowledgeable and put me right at ease. I’d never had a deep tissue massage before and I was slightly anxious. She did a consultation and worked thoroughly through the areas that we’re causing pain. I felt a bit stiff for a couple of days afterwards but then felt amazing. I am definitely returning and highly recommend if you have any muscle injuries or stiffness.
