Firstly, I'd like to state that I am very happy with the salon hospitality and I want to compliment the therapist as I loved my nails. However, when working with people we need to be aware of cleanliness and take very seriously prevention of blood-borne infections. I think it is immensely necessary to use sterilised tools and most importantly let the customer know that you are using tools that wont put them at risk. And, to be honest, it did not happen only once with me. So, apart from a lovely environment, a proper protocol should take place in customer service.
