Great customer service by all members of staff. It's a fantastic value for money and the place it's well presented and situated.
Lastly, the coffee & tea it's the "cherry on top of the cake".

I waited 40 minutes for my hairdresser while they were just chatting with/ taking pics of another customer. They did not say sorry for the delay. Then they seemed vocally annoyed at me when I didn’t have my head positioned right. They also asked if I was from the UK. While that may have just been polite convo I already felt unwelcome and tense. If it was not ok to cut my hair after I had mistakenly booked for just a wash, I wish they’d just turned me away. My cut felt rushed + I will not go back
Blow Dry
As always, the best manicure from Natalia! She's so warm and welcoming, and the manicure is always top notch! It lasts around 3-4 weeks on me and they are still fully there when I go back for my appointment. The work is all very hygienic, very clean and professional! I couldn't recommend her more!
