Very disappointed and will not go again. I booked a “classic manicure” and the “Therapist” cut me twice. Also, I wasn't offered any nail polish, despite the fact it is stated in the description.

Great customer service by all members of staff. It's a fantastic value for money and the place it's well presented and situated.
Lastly, the coffee & tea it's the "cherry on top of the cake".

I waited 40 minutes for my hairdresser while they were just chatting with/ taking pics of another customer. They did not say sorry for the delay. Then they seemed vocally annoyed at me when I didn’t have my head positioned right. They also asked if I was from the UK. While that may have just been polite convo I already felt unwelcome and tense. If it was not ok to cut my hair after I had mistakenly booked for just a wash, I wish they’d just turned me away. My cut felt rushed + I will not go back
