I’ve never had such a bad haircut in my life. I asked for layers and they were done very badly with no gradient. The layers in the front were short and blocky, and the back layers were cut shorter than the front. The length of my hair was cut shorter than I asked. I was told that ‘my hair can be layered a lot because I have thick hair’. My time was up but she tried to fix it after attending to another client, but ultimately couldn’t properly fix the bad layering. Was there for 1.5 hours.

I've been going fere for a few months now and I couldn't be happier! Ever since Ely did my balayage, she has taken amazing care of my hair, keeping it healthy, shiny and beautiful. Ely is incredibly talented, professional and always makes me feel comfortable and welcome. The salon itself has such a lovely atmosphere; clean, stylish and very relaxing. Every visit is a great experience. Highly recommend! ❤️
