I had a hair cut,hair wash, full hair colour and blow dry with Ely. She was professional and easy to talk to. Unfortunately the colour turned out very orange the next day so I had to contact the salon to speak to Ely but as I didn’t have her direct mobile number and as she was in and out of the salon, it was quiet hard to reach her. She agreed to redye my hair which I was okay with. I ended with a more of a reddish copper colour which I was happy about and she didn’t charge me. 4 stars.
