My hairdresser was off & I tried the unit 37. I had a hair cons. with Lucia which went well, she kindly adviced me on what shade to use & booked me for toning with Jahan. I explained the same thing to Johan - slightly tone down my freshly done highlights & NOT to lift my natural unbleached brown hair. The end result:my natural hair is now lighter, light brown reddish, which I hate it and the highlights are barely visible. Please listen to your clients if you don't understand ask more questions.

Very disappointed with service I received, compared to the last one I had. It was a different lady this time and I still have hard skin on my hells, waste on my money and time.

Hoda was very polite and friendly.
She accommodated my request to apply my own Color wich was great.
However she did not honor my request to remove old biab first which in the end resulted in the treatment taking much longer than it needed to.
She was a little heavy handed on my cuticles which caused some bleeding. Overall I am not disappointed with the end result.
