Ruth gave me time to explain my medical, emotional and social needs. She was professional and caring. The massage was excellent, she found my knots and I felt much better afterwards. I slept well that night, and I feel like a weight has been lifted. I feel more energetic after, and feel as though I’ve had a physical “spring clean”!

Ruth and I will probably be exchanging Birthday cards for years to come as this lady is amazing and is working tirelessly on shoulders that require many sessions.
She is so knowledgeable and her deep tissue massages are to die for ( not literally).
Once you find a good masseur, don't let go as trust me they are worth their weight in gold
