Very relaxing, Ruth explained what she was going to do, checked that I was ok with everything planned and told me to let her know if it became painful. I felt at ease from the moment I was greeted. Will certainly be going back and have recommended her to my friends and family
I am now nearly at the end of my 6 week mediation course and I can truly say I’m a convert. I’ve tried meditation practices many times in the past, usually guided meditation on apps, but never felt many benefits.
This has since changed now having nearly completed the course.
Ruth has taken us though many mindfulness techniques that we can use both for meditation but also everyday practices.
