I have been here before and had a great haircut that I was super happy with, therefore was able to overlook the fact that the place probably hasn’t seen a broom in weeks, the back room where your hair is washed could do with a solid clean.
I had my hair bleached, I left with parts that were more developed than others, and when I lifted up the top layer of my hair it was a mess.
In some parts the bleach stopped in a blunt line about 3cm from my scalp, whereas the next section went right to my scalp? There was no consistency at all. I walked out with hair that was patchy, underdeveloped in places and had blue areas from the toner, to say I was unhappy is an understatement. I had to go to another salon the next day and spend 4 hours getting it fixed, and spend more money.
I thought about going back in to show them how bad it was, but because the woman there is I lovely and I have had a great experience there, I decided to let it slip, but I will not be returning.

An absoloutely awesome haircut and colour at an affordable price. Really friendly, chatty and gentle with my hair. I'll definitely go back!!!
